A rug’s fringes is the first to suffer from maltreatment or just normal wear and tear. Here you can see different types of fringe repair – in some cases we have implanted new fringe threads onto the original rug structure and in others we have repaired the fringe. On rare occasions we will install by hand, machine woven fringes
We have a large amount of specialist equipment including unique hand tools and materials which enables us to deliver professional rug cleaning, restoration, repair and re-fringing services in London and further afield.
Specially stock dyed wools, cottons and silks are added to regularly and quite often materials are dyed in-house to match those on your modern, antique, Persian or Oriental rug.
We are able to re-pile, re-weave, re-fringe and repair any rug/carpet/tapestry.
