Check in Process

We take the size and photo of your rugs, carpets and tapestries on receipt in our workshop.

We assess your rug’s particular and specific requirements including any tough stains (coffee, red wine, blood, animal stains) or any damage (worn fringes, worn edges, holes, worn patches), colour fusion, moth infestation, etc.

We direct it down the correct internal procedure to ensure the noted requirements are effectively addressed by our specialised rug cleansing, restoration and repair treatment program.
